
The Basilica of Saint-Sernin is a congregation in Toulouse, France, the previous abbey church of the Abbey of Saint-Sernin or St Saturnin. Aside from the congregation, none of the monastery structures remain. The present church is situated on the site of a previous basilica of the fourth century which contained the assortment of Saint Saturninor Sernin, the principal religious administrator of Toulouse in c. 250. In 1998 the basilica was added to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites under the depiction: World Heritage Sites of the Routes of Santiago de Compostela in France
